First of all, we’ll start with the R1 Blank Insert Keyring. To start with, gather all the pieces you will need to assemble the keyring. This includes the insert, the back piece with ring and the window. The next thing to do is to fold the insert, so that the printed sides are facing outwards, and insert it into the concave of the back piece with ring. Once this is firmly in place, all you need to do is clip the window piece in over the insert, sealing it in. With this keyring it is important to make sure you place the window with the slightly curved side up, to complete the curved feeling of the keyring. Now, you’ve finished the keyring!

Now, the U1 Blank Insert Keyring! First of all, again collect together the pieces, the back piece with ring attached, the window and the insert! Again, you fold the insert so the printed sides face outward, before putting it into the hollow in the back piece. Finally, put the window into the hollow, over the insert to seal the keyring. Done!

As you can probably tell, a lot of blank keyrings are assembled in the same way, so there isn’t much point in me listing EVERY kind of blank keyring. If you decide you just want some promotional keyrings but can’t be bothered assembling them yourself, try loop keyrings, they come ready to use!

So I’ve looked into artificial lawns and they are much better than I thought they were. Someone mentioned the idea to me first time the grass died and I threw it off because even a mention of artificial grass to me set off images of awful, plastic, overheated grass in my mind.

This isn’t the case though, artificial grass has come a very long way in the last 20-30 years. When I was young artificial grass was just coming about, and wasn’t very good quality. But recently there have been many innovations and the grass actually looks amazing, it’s green, soft, and always looks fresh (even after a bout of heavy snow), although it does still get quite hot in the sun. But all in all, artificial turf seems like the perfect choice for me!

Unfortunately, I can’t actually tell you what condition my grass is in as it’s concealed by a foot of snow. It’s been like this for three days now… My grass has little to no chance of surviving past this cold spell, so I’m going to end up with a patchy, brown, green and yellow mess of a lawn… Again!

Or not… I’m going to dig up all of the dead awful grass and lay down an artificial lawn! That’ll teach the weather, I’d like to see it damage my artificial grass!

The biggest difference between plays and films is that films are pre-recorded acting, whereas when you’re watching a play the actors are actually right in front of you on the stage!

A similarity of both cinemas and theatres is that they are both kinds of auditorium, and use the auditorium seating style for both cinema seating and theatre seating. The auditorium style of seating has seating arranged in tiered layout with those closer to the front lower down than those seated further back.

I guess this is what happens when you buy cheap bathroom stuff… It’s alright though because I’ve bought a new luxury bathroom suite! It’s going to be nice to have some decent quality bathroom furniture in the house instead of the old tat.

And who knows, maybe my foot won’t go through the bottom of this bath!

Okay, last year you gave out a whole bunch of promotional blank keyrings but this is so much different to that! With loop keyrings you can have a customised message that promotes your company however you want, or carrys any other message! Just imagine the possibilities!

Having said this, blank keyrings are still a great idea for both Christmas gifts and business promotional gifts. They’re great for business as you can insert any kind of slogan, logo or image for your business, and they make great Christmas gifts as you can insert a personal message or image. The best of both worlds!

People say you can just use a bollard to stop people parking, but this is costly to implement, and a lot more of a pain in the arse to keep putting up and down… It’s much easier to bring in a car park management company who will patrol your parking area for free, and you don’t need to worry about it!

Parking tickets are also an option, and although they do put some people off they are nowhere near as effective a deterrent as the good old wheel clamp.

So what is to happen to the good old parking space? I fear anarchy!

Luckily, I have another friend who works for a company specialising in factory removals. They were more than happy to nip round to the factory and take all the old things out. Machinery removals were a day-to-day thing to this guy, so there was no trouble there.

The company also do machinery export, packaging, transportation and a whole host of other machinery and factory related services!

There’s a huge hole in my curtains, how it got there I do not know. It’s not like I’d accidentally make a hole in my curtains and not remember it, that’s the kind of thing you remember.

Luckily there’s a curtain shop just down my road who have ready made curtains, ready made. So I just bought some of those and stuck them on the rail! Good as new, because they are new!

Local North West High School, Albany Science College, entered the competition with hopes of winning the huge prize. After fighting off competition from the rest of the UK Albany were left in a short list of potential winners.

After a long, hard fight to the top Albany have come out victorious and have won the money towards their new kitchens and dining area! Plans have already gone ahead and the new facilities should be ready sometime next year!
